Do I need Knee pads in Paintball?
Oct 16, 2009 by Supermuzzles | Posted in Other - Outdoor Recreation
I'm going paintballing tomorrow with some of my friends and I found some of my old rollerblading knee, elbow and wrist pads. I was wondering if I should wear knee pads so that I will not graze my knees. We'll paintball outdoors and it is in the Australian bush so that the soil is rocky and hard. So yes, should I wear my knee, elbow and wrist guards?
I'm going to adrenaline Plus Paintball Townsville, located in North Queensland.
At least wear the knee. Better to have and not use than not having one at all. The elbow is probably not necessary unless you are commando crawling on your stomach. Wrist guards for rollerblading would not be useful (assuming that they are one with the plastic plate / padding on the palms of the hands) since they will get in the path.

YES I would wear any protection for all those crazy ninja rolls and dives mad, you'll be doing. I played paintball before and I know I wanted, I had knee and elbow pads when I got home that evening.

Push balls. I play skirmish all the time, and drag everywhere. Obviously, your lover so I do not think you're going to need. They'll just make it harder to move and shoot. And if I may ask what area are you going?
